We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with at least 2+ years of experience in Education Industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Excel and Google Suite, and a passion for supporting educational professionals and students in a fast-paced, virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to executives, teachers, and other staff members in the education sector.
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings using Google Calendar and other scheduling tools.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other educational documents using Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- Maintain and update student and staff records, databases, and files.
- Assist in creating educational materials, lesson plans, and other documents as needed.
- Handle communication (emails, phone calls, messages) and respond promptly to inquiries from staff, students, or parents.
- Assist with managing virtual meetings, events, and webinars, including scheduling, coordinating logistics, and providing technical support.
- Assist with student enrollment processes, including data entry and updating student information in databases.
- Ensure that all documents and reports are accurately formatted and adhere to organizational standards.
- Assist with tracking and processing expenses, invoices, and purchase orders for educational materials or supplies.
- Collaborate with the team to streamline administrative processes and improve overall office efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, particularly in the education industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, formulas) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a remote work environment.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
- Experience with educational tools, platforms, or software (e.g., learning management systems, student databases) is a plus.
