Provides aid and assistance in ensuring compliance of Company policy and other regulatory agencies legal requirements.
Provides general administrative and clerical support in the Project site and in the Office.
Assists in resolving any administrative problems within the site.
Responds to questions or complaints from employees.
Creates and maintains filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Opens, sorts and distributes incoming correspondence.
Runs company errands related to Project Site in behalf of Main Office.
Maintains Office Supplies.
Responsible in the Physical Inventory.
Ensures proper working stock at all materials and request replenishment as needed.
Maintains Inventory Controls, collects stock location orders, printing request, records amount of materials or items received or distributed through computer.
Responsible in the Petty Cash Custodian and Replenishment.
Prepares and liquidates Request for Cash Advance and Request for Payment.
Liquidates petty cash and prepares Replenishment Report and Petty Cash Monitoring every Monday.
Responsible in the Timekeeping of project site personnel.
Prepares payroll, meal allowance and pay slip every 15th and end of the month
Issuance of pay slips to all project site personnel
Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
