We are seeking a highly organized, adaptable, and proactive individual to work closely with our lead team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of tasks and projects, including administrative tasks, operations management, project coordination, and strategic planning. This is a highly versatile role that requires a strong ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing emails, dictating emails, and preparing documents and reports.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the business, including overseeing inventory management, supply chain management, and logistics.
- Coordinate and manage special projects, including research, analysis, and planning.
- Serve as a liaison between the internal team and external vendors and partners.
- Assist with event planning and execution, including trade shows, product launches, and customer events.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Prepare and manage budgets and financial reports.
- Manage travel arrangements and itineraries, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Draft and proofread correspondence, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate events, including internal meetings, team building events, and off-site events.
- Manage office operations, including ordering supplies, processing invoices, and maintaining office equipment.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum 60 Words per minute typing speed.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Experience with project management tools and software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
