Job Description

Job Summary

An Administrative Assistant or Sales Assistant performs general administrative duties in support of an individual, group of professionals and/or business process(es). Develops, compiles and analyzes basic information for inclusion in reports or presentation materials and prepares charts, graphs, or tables as necessary. Receives and responds to routine correspondence following established procedures not requiring management review. Reports to the Head of Pest Elimination Division. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to the entire division.
  • Essential Functions/ Responsibilities

Assists, coordinates and helps sales & service personnel to achieve and perform their duties well.

Handles customers inquiries, service requests, orders and complaints.

Assist field team with research into customer issues (e.g., invoice discrepancies, work order analysis, reporting) and follow up on customer questions including product, credit, pricing, and distribution and service concerns.

Answers and screens telephone calls.

Coordinate schedules of deliveries to clients.

Updates & track service personnel of their day-to-day service commitment to manager

Assist with processing legal contracts by obtaining and reviewing financial data, ensuring details match contract, obtaining necessary approvals to ensure contract meets guidelines, establishing accurate customer master data (e.g., contract alignment, discounts and special handling instructions) and making change requests through the Contract Management System

Organize and maintain the office system (e.g., filing, order supplies, upkeep of equipment)

Other duties/ tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior (if necessary)
  • Required:

Bachelor's Degree

3 years of administrative support experience

Intermediate proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Job Type: Full-time
