Responsibilities:- Provide reports, assessments and solutions
Assist and communicate with colleagues, vendors and/or contractors, guest and applicants- Execute admin department projects and events
Update and submit logistic monitoring checklist list, forms and endorsement
- Handle the company transportation request and records
Manage the company logistic request, records, billings and funds- Will handle admin assistant task during their absence
Responsible to implement company policy and guidelines
- Reports directly to the Admin Officer and interact with all employees across the organization
Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the management
College graduate of any related course- With at least 2 years work experience in the same capacity
Knowledgeable in different types of vehicle
- Excellent customer service (customer oriented), telephone skills and detail oriented
Proficient on MS Office (Excel, Word & Powerpoint)- Excellent interpersonal skills in both verbal and written English communication
Flexible, can work during weekends and holidays
- Able to work on a shifting schedule
Must be willing to work in Makati- HONEST, HARDWORKING, CONFIDENT and POSSESSES GOOD ATTITUDE

Pay: Php21,- 00 - Php29,000.00 per month
