About The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn Administrative Assistant to work with our client based in Melbourne, Australia with a business in a modeling agency for kids. You will be responsible for admin-related tasks including interviewing or recruiting kids and some special projects (as required). They are a growing team in Cebu and will work directly with the owner of the business and support colleagues in the office.

Responsibilities

  • Managing calendars, making appointments, and prioritizing follow-up calls with clients
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal teams and external clients
  • Handles client calls, responding to emails
  • Interviewing kids and working with parents
  • Assisting in social media tasks and online marketing
  • Other ad-hoc tasks (as required)

Requirements


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, or related experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Charismatic and loves working with Kids
