Job Description

Handle administrative request and queries of the department.
  • Manage all contracts and agreements pertaining to clients services and develop systematic filing.
Sorting and distributing communications in a timely manner
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and minutes of the meeting.
Responsible in researching topics and data related to the department.
  • Act as compliance and control for all department records and documents.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Perform all other tasks assigned by the Manager and/or OCIC. Management

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree graduate.
At least 2years of experience being an Administrative Assistant.
  • Computer literate.
Excellent in both oral and written communication.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
Must have a positive working attitude and highly organized.

Job Type: Fixed term

Pay: Php20,
  • 00 - Php25,000.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
  • Overtime pay
Performance bonus
  • Yearly bonus


Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Taguig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
  • Administrative Assistant: 2 years (Preferred)
