Handle administrative request and queries of the department.- Manage all contracts and agreements pertaining to clients services and develop systematic filing.
Sorting and distributing communications in a timely manner
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and minutes of the meeting.
Responsible in researching topics and data related to the department.- Act as compliance and control for all department records and documents.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Perform all other tasks assigned by the Manager and/or OCIC. Management
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree graduate.
At least 2years of experience being an Administrative Assistant. Excellent in both oral and written communication.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
Must have a positive working attitude and highly organized.
