LEARNINGLITZ, INC., the franchise owner of the renowned Berlitz brand in the Philippines, is currently hiring an Administrative Assistant. As a leading language training center, LearningLitz offers a comprehensive selection of language and culture courses for adults, children, teenagers, and businesses.
The Administrative Assistant shall provide essential, efficient and effective administrative support to the Office Administrator and other teams such as accounting, sales, instruction, and IT.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of study
- Good English communication skills
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (1-2 years of experience in admin and finance is a plus)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Applications and Google Applications
- Willing to work in Makati
- Willing to work on Saturdays
- Immediate availability is preferred
Core Responsibilities
- Assists in logistics, inventory and materials management for classes, sales activities, supplies and equipment, repairs and maintenance, and other company projects;
- Assists in the supervision of utility personnel;
- Assists in personnel schedule and attendance management;
- Assists in vendor and supplier relations;
- Assists in compliance activities, including permits, licenses, and insurance;
- Assists in the preparation of report, including control systems needed by different teams;
- Assists in implementing collection procedures, encoding and validating payments, and coordinating with suppliers and vendors;
- Helps in developing preventive maintenance and back-up procedures;
- Performs other related duties, as assigned
Working Schedule
- 8-hour shift (day shift)
- Mondays to Saturdays
