DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors- Process Company Registrations (Business/Mayor Permit, Health & Sanitary, BFP other related registrations)
Makes Company Property Custody to all employees and secures monitoring of each property. (Vehicles, Cellphone, Laptop, machinery & equipment's)
- In charge of corporate billings for Cellphone Plans, and other utility bills
Coordinate all vehicle concerns for Maintenance- Handle Insurance of the Company Vehicles and see to it that the monitoring follows the required timeline
Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, and evaluating
College graduate/Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Marketing Management or relevant field is a strong advantage & proven experience as a Marketing Assistant
- Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications
