JOB DESCRIPTION- General accounts payable functions
Check, verify, and process invoices
- Prepare payments for signature
Sort, code and enter accounts receivables/payable data- Analyze discrepancies and unpaid invoices
Maintain vendor files.
- General support functions
Assist in month end reporting procedures.
- Find and use accounting data to resolve accounting problems and discrepancies.
Assist with employee expense reports.- Perform filing and general administrative tasks.
Liaise with other departments/customers/vendors.
Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy/Financial Management
- With minimum of 1 year work experience in the related field
Basic knowledge in handling CA/Reimbursement of employee- Basic knowledge in Philippine payroll
Ability to multitasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
- Organized and detail oriented
Hard worker, fast learner and willing to work beyond normal office hours
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php17,- 00 - Php18,000.00 per month
