Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • General accounts payable functions
Check, verify, and process invoices
  • Prepare payments for signature
Sort, code and enter accounts receivables/payable data
  • Analyze discrepancies and unpaid invoices
Maintain vendor files.
  • General support functions
Assist in month end reporting procedures.
  • Find and use accounting data to resolve accounting problems and discrepancies.
Assist with employee expense reports.
  • Perform filing and general administrative tasks.
Liaise with other departments/customers/vendors.
  • Requirements:
Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy/Financial Management
  • With minimum of 1 year work experience in the related field
Basic knowledge in handling CA/Reimbursement of employee
  • Basic knowledge in Philippine payroll
Ability to multitasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
  • Organized and detail oriented
Hard worker, fast learner and willing to work beyond normal office hours

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php17,
  • 00 - Php18,000.00 per month

  • 13th month salary

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
