Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing administrative and planning functions, such as organizing projects or operation and managing communications, clerical functions.
Oversee operation while performing various supportive tasks of an organization- Support Project Managers & Field Technicians delivering TMA Technology project to budget, time and scope
With experienced of transactions with Finance and Procurement PO's
- Prepare and file forms and other documents for Project
Superb organizational abilities- Outstanding operational and interpersonal skills
Monitor and track orders
- Tracking of Stock movement
Knowledge in stock movement across states to states- Day to day assistance in updating reports
Knowledge in office management system procedures
- Responding to emails and phone calls
keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies- Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed
Operation Admin Assistant with 2-3 years experienced- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft office and date management software
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
