Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Makati for an Administration Assistant. The Administration Assistant will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, such as managing calendars, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. They will also assist with general office duties, including filing, data entry, and record keeping.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Previous administrative experience is a plus
- Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
