Job Roles and Responsibilities:As an Admin Support Specialist, you are tasked to perform a range of clerical and adminis trative tasks to support day-to-day business operations as well as efficient coordination a nd management of company resources as needed in all business activities. You must ensure to provide quality service to employees and clients.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
Acts as the main point of contact and provide administrative support including schedule appointments, meetings and events, booking travel, maintaining filing system, mailing an d shipping packages, and updating contact database and employee list:
- Maintain office efficiency, equipment, identify and fulfill office supply needs, maintain a nd manage vendors, and coordinate food delivery as needed
Address all aspects of the office's space and infrastructure planning # Provide administrative support to Human Resources such as ID creation, preparing of onboarding kits, company shirts, and collaterals, etc.
- Provide administrative support to the assigned department
Responsible for office administration procurement and payment requests- Implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures, including occupational health and safety
Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
- Skills and Qualifications :
Minimum 2-3 years experience in office administration- Familiar with MS Office and Google applications
Ability to quickly process and organize information
- Able to manage time and prioritize tasks
Ability to handle confidential information- Good communication skills and rapport
