Employment type: Full-Time
Shift: Day Shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM) Fixed weekends off
Work setup: Onsite, Baguio City
Salary: PHP 25,000

Job Description

As an Admin Support professional, you'll ensure smooth operations by preparing reports and invoices, maintaining organized records in the CRM, and providing seamless support for client queries. Your efficiency and attention to detail will be vital in meeting KPIs and supporting the business's day-to-day needs.

Your Daily Tasks

  • Provide support to the client by emailing reports and invoices.
  • Forward requestor queries to relevant individuals.
  • Document delays, updates, and inspection milestones via CRM.
  • Update daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Review job requests to determine necessary documents for valuators.
  • Update CRM with job progress and notes.
  • Maintain organized soft files with correct job information.
  • Ensure that KPIs are met.
  • Support ad hoc tasks as required by the business.


Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek
  • Must be a graduate of any Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience with data entry and CRM management.
  • Experience in handling large amounts of data.
  • Proficient with MS Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple job requests effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Baguio City.
