Position: Appointment Setter
Location: 1880 Eastwood Avenue, Libis
Work setup & shift: Day Shift / Onsite

Your Role: Appointment Setter

The Appointment Setter - booking specialist person is responsible for supporting the Administration team, collating, recording and inputting data into company systems and will also assist the administration team with other general administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Completion of all automated call-up bookings
  • Booking recycled inspections for various water authorities as needed
  • Enter sales orders into Xero/Sprintsuite
  • Allocate compliance certificate number to new jobs
  • Provide Certificate of compliance numbers as requested
  • Lodge Certificates and emails to builders
  • Downloading of job plans and other files to various working platforms
  • Undertake other general support administration-related duties reasonably directed and required by company management
Communication and Reporting
  • Communicate any administrative matters to relevant admin staff or management.
  • Attend and contribute to meetings when required.
  • Prepare and participate in performance reviews when requested.
  • Attend on site or offsite training as directed by the company.
  • Reporting Safety, OHS, and incidences when they occur.
  • Live and promote company values

Qualification & Experience
  • Experience with general Administration & Data Entry
  • Business Administration certificate
  • Experience with plumbing highly regarded
  • Tech savvy with a knack for navigating and using software programs and inputting data
  • Proficient with MS Office suite.

  • Comply with the Company Code of Conduct.
  • Comply with all Company policies and procedures.
  • Perform your duties with diligence, to the best of your ability and with the best interest of the Company.
