Reports to the HR and Admin Manager and is responsible in managing the daily administrative requirements of the business unit such as operational permits, facilities and office supplies management, communication, security, janitorial, messengerial and IT services. Assists the different departments in maintaining and organizing company records.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the monitoring and timely processing of renewal of all government related permits (such as Business Permit, ECC, DENR, CENRO etc), vehicle and plant insurance policies and LTO vehicle registration to avoid penalties and ensure smooth operation of the Batching Plant
Identifies and recommends areas where the company can achieve cost savings using appropriate data and available measures of intervention in order to minimize administrative expenses.- Supervises the entire administrative requirements of the different sites and prepares accurate report s to the HR and Admin Manager in order to provide the needed support to all Batching sites.
Assists the Safety and Security Department in preventing workplace injuries, ilnesses and fatalities by implementing and enforcing the approved work safety protocols that will contribute to productivity of the employees.
- Supervises, leads, provides guidance and organizes the performance of the existing Admin Team members to ensure that the work is accomplished and help them develop their talent suitable to the organization.
Recommend, develops and monitor implementation of new policies and guidelines on Administrative aspects of the company to set a standard procedure to be followed in all sites
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
Five years relevant experience in Admin with functions such as fleet control, utilities monitoring and office management
- With in-depth knowledge in processing Government Permits
Above average communication skills- With experience as supervisor
