Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the efficiency and effectiveness of all administrative functions.
- Responsible for the direct supervision and coordination of all activities of the administrative operations, finance, and support.
- Give guidance to employees to ensure that quality standards are being met and proper procedures are being followed. Interpret and explain work procedures and policies to staff
- Handle securing all related requirements for business permits.
- Prepare and manage reports to the Management including correspondences and other relevant documents.
- Monitor and manage house rental contracts and payments to lessors and utilities
- Implement company or departmental policies, procedures, and quality/service standards.
- QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any four year course.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel)
