The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the following tasks
- Provide administrative support through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up meetings and reordering supplies.- Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
- Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
Greet and assist visitors.- Make sure to accommodate and monitor visitor passage in the office area for security purposes.
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
Prior administrative experience is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Average to good in written and verbal communication skills.- Has good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience.
