Job description Must have at least Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration or Management Course
- Preferably with more than 2 years of work experience in related field.
With excellent oral and leadership skills.- Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or Similar Role.
Has the willingness to learn different processes and to be exposed in a fast paced environment.
- Basic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) is an advantage
Has good communication skills both in Filipino and English.
Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.- Maintain and update company databases.
Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
- Answer queries by employees and clients.
Update office policies as needed.- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments.
Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data.
