DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Creates, organize and maintains files for the project
Maintains accurate records of all incoming and outgoing raw materials and inventory level- Performs running errand, as needed
Check and ensures strict adherence to construction safety regulations
- Checks, validate and submits timekeeping records of workers
Ensures that all required permits and licenses are obtained
Graduate of business administration or any related course- With at least 2 year-experience as admin in any construction related field
Good at verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate word and spreadsheet application
A team player and with high level of dedication- With strong interpersonal skills
Good at time management
- Sounds research and networking skills
Can work even during holidays and night shift- A team player with high dedication at work
