Job Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Creates, organize and maintains files for the project
Maintains accurate records of all incoming and outgoing raw materials and inventory level
  • Performs running errand, as needed
Check and ensures strict adherence to construction safety regulations
  • Checks, validate and submits timekeeping records of workers
Ensures that all required permits and licenses are obtained
  • QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of business administration or any related course
  • With at least 2 year-experience as admin in any construction related field
Good at verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer literate word and spreadsheet application
A team player and with high level of dedication
  • With strong interpersonal skills
Good at time management
  • Sounds research and networking skills
Can work even during holidays and night shift
  • A team player with high dedication at work

Job Type: Full-time
