Responsibilities:
- Accepts orders (via phone, text, email or walk-in)
Greeting and directing clients/visitors- Building a good rapport with all clients
Email and phone correspondence
- Communicating product value to clients (customer feedback form)
Providing support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs.- Following up with clients several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.
Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers.
- Developing sales strategies.
Maintaining a database of contact information.- Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
Handling negotiations and overcoming potential concerns.
- Qualifications and Skills:
Graduate of any course
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
