JOB DESCRIPTIONS:- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Address customer's inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide information on services offered.- Manage costumer appointments, ensuring timely service delivery.
Maintain accurate and organized records, including customer information, service history, and inventory.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails.
Assist in processing invoices, payments, and maintaining financial records.- Coordinate service appointments with technicians and customer.
Monitor and update service center's daily schedule.
- Prepare and generate reports on service center performance as required.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in any field
Previous experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in using office software and computer systems
