Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required skill(s): handling company vehicles, excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Willing to work in BGC.

Job Objective: Managing day-to-day office operations, including but not limited to file management and records-keeping, Utility
Bills Management, Hotel & Flight Management, and other administrative tasks.
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
Set up and maintain administrative filing systems of both electronic and paper records.
Facilitates requests of all projects/departments with regard to Hotel & Flight booking.
Executes plans, policies, and programs in relation to the assigned module.
Monitor and record Utility Bills. Ensure timely payment.
Performs any other task that may be assigned from time to time.
