QUALIFICATION AND NEEDED WORK EXPERIENCE:- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Required skill(s): handling company vehicles, excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Willing to work in BGC.
Job Objective: Managing day-to-day office operations, including but not limited to file management and records-keeping, Utility Bills Management, Hotel & Flight Management, and other administrative tasks.
- Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
Set up and maintain administrative filing systems of both electronic and paper records.
- Facilitates requests of all projects/departments with regard to Hotel & Flight booking.
Executes plans, policies, and programs in relation to the assigned module.- Monitor and record Utility Bills. Ensure timely payment.
Performs any other task that may be assigned from time to time.
