Job Description:- Maintain and update company databases
Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering- Able to develop strong relationship with the merchant partners
Manage and maintaining good relationships with existing Suppliers and Business Partners, identifying, and resolving pain points to improve processes
- Perform Administrative/Clerical Tasks which includes system encoding, document filing, and attending concerns via emails/SMS/Calls
Other selectively assigned tasks by the Management
Graduate of bachelor's degree- Proven work experience as an Administrative, Administrator or similar role
Solid knowledge of office procedures
- Good communication, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
Positive attitude, attention to detail and customer oriented- Proficient in Ms. Excel and PowerPoint
