Reports directly to the Franchise Operations and Training Supervisor, Officer and Specialists.- Ensure and assist that the following tasks and responsibilities are done by the Specialist:
Franchise Relations
- Establish good relationship with Franchisees
Coordinate closely with the Franchisees for the following:
- Updates on Products, Policies, Promos, and all other Announcements2. Operational concerns and requests of Franchisees3. In charge to oversee all franchisees complaints and requests4. To resolve the queries at the earliest so that the work proceeds without any interruption5. Job order requests and list of improvements6. To update and monitor Business Google Pinning7. Rights to Sell for Siopao Da king products and process SPK Warmer as requested8. Conduct store visits and audits and discuss results to FranchiseesReporting1. Franchise Concern update (Sales and Operational concerns)2. Result of Franchise Visit / Virtual Engagement / Meetings1. Franchise Outlet Adherence to Standards2. Franchise outlet reports, productivity and performance3. Franchise Count (soon to open, operational, non-operational, temporary closed, reopened and terminated franchise)
- Weekly reporting to FM
Monitoring Checklist Form
Submit monthly and per week store visit itinerary, budget, work order and liquidation form
- WILLING TO DO FIELD WORKS/ONSITE VISITS TO FRANCHISEES
