Qualifications: At least 1-2 years experience in the same capacity- Willing to work in Bacoor, Cavite
- Prepare correspondences, scheduling meetings, handling information requests and other similar functions for the Management
Renewal of company accreditations, membership, and insurance etc.- Purchasing of Admin supplies and coordinating with the suppliers
Gathering documentary requirements for client or government compliance purposes
- Providing general and clerical support to any department as needed
Enrolling & monitoring company cellphone plans and providing support if needed- Prepare monthly and year end reports of summary and key performance metrics, as agreed with immediate supervisor
Any other related and reasonable duties which may be required by your immediate supervisor
