Job Description:- Coordinates with different stakeholders, other region teams, other departments for work related matters
Conduct audit, review processes and transactions, back tracks transaction history to check any discrepancies and errors of various transaction and commodities- Reviews and checks SLAs if complied
Conducts audit and and physical inventory audit of assets and other materials, files, or others of various commodities and transactions
- Check and reviews monitoring, gathers data; provides report and output of work in a weekly and monthly basis
Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
HRDM, Office Management or any related course- Two (2) or more years of related work experience
Computer literate, knowledgeable in using MS Office (Word, Powerpoint,and excel - both Pivot and V-lookup)
- Good communication skills (spoken, written)
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently- Can work under minimum supervision
Keen to details, good analytical and problem solving skills
- Leadership skills, able to handle and manage subordinates
Amenable to work onsite in Mandaluyong
