Job Overview:As the Admin Staff, you are responsible for overseeing the crucial legal and financial aspects of company operations. This includes ensuring legal compliance, managing tax-related matters, maintaining essential records, ensuring timely rental collections, and reporting on legal, tax, and rental compliance statuses.
- Primary Responsibilities:
Manage the company's registration and legal compliance matters, including business licenses, corporate documents, contract management, and more, to guarantee lawful operations.
- Supervise Tax Compliance:
Oversee coordination with third-party companies for tax compliance, ensuring timely tax reporting, payments, and effectively handling tax audits.
- Corporate Records Management:
Maintain and manage essential company documents and records, ensuring their safe storage and easy retrieval for future reference.
- Management of Third-Party Collaborators:
Supervise and manage collaborations with third-party companies, ensuring they execute registration and tax compliance responsibilities accurately.
- Rental Collection Oversight:
Oversee the collection of rentals, ensuring that tenants make timely payments. Implement effective policies and procedures to address any delayed or missed payments, maintaining a steady cash flow for the company.
- Performance Expectations:
Uphold and enforce the company's rental policies and guidelines consistently.
Maintain accurate and updated records on all legal, tax, and rental transactions and compliance statuses.
