Job Description
To act as a bridge between assigned department to other section and department.
To administer sales team documentation facilitation and requests.
To update status of sales target, actual sales, and collection to Incentive database.
To consolidate and validate Sales target versus actual as basis for the incentive computation.
To coordinate with Finance and Credit and Collection team regarding updates and status of actual sales and collection in related to the incentive computation.
To create and update database of clients and customer details.
To send reminders via calls, emails, and texts message of employees and clients due.
To facilitate reports updates regarding clients accounts
To entertain product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint which will be endorsed to corresponding department for further investigation and resolution via walk-in and phone call clients.
To serves customers by providing product and service information and act as the frontline to update product and service problems.
To attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
To coordinate with the warehouse personnel, and record in a log book the time the truck left the premises.
To track whereabouts of the truck and shall inform the Customer of the ETA at the site.
To call/updates the customer for comments/remarks on the delivery done, who received the goods or signed the documents, and whether they are all in order, etc.
