DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain and submit all required reports to management and government agencies such as DOLE, SSS and etc.
Comply with DOLE's health and safety environment guidelines.
Directly or in a supporting role in organizing, scheduling, and overseeing company-related events.
Organize, oversee, and finalize confidential engagement and communication, contract work and various documents and secretarial duties including filing, renewal, gathering of signatures, and mailing.
Coordinating office maintenance, cleanliness, hygiene, employee services and first point contact with building management.
Establishes and maintains record keeping and filing systems.
Providing logistics support for office equipment local procurement, acquisition or importation.
Processing of purchase orders for related suppliers, reviewing and completion of expense reports and liquidation of cash advances, in compliance to company policies.
Facilitates and supports onboarding and offboarding of employees.
Support leadership, directly or indirectly on different projects and initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experienced in Project Management
Advance skill in Excel and Microsoft Office application
Willing to work mid shift
Highly organized, a self-starter and works independently, preferably with multiple deliverables, simultaneously.
Critical thinker with adequate level of attention to detail, capable and reliable to notice data inaccuracies and or discrepancies.
Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Can effectively collaborate with cross functional groups, link people and the organization
Can inspire and motivate others, directly or indirectly
Can easily adopt to working with colleagues in different cultures
