- Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, transmitting, and faxing information needed by the company and/or clients;
- Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information and secures information by completing database backups (sales, HR, QA, Admin, Sales, etc.);
- Communicates treatment schedule to clients by reminding them 5 days and three days prior to the schedule of treatment
- Accomplishes service technicians monthly schedule by planning and scheduling treatment and filling up their daily production reports;
- Assuring all clients are being scheduled and treated monthly.
- Politely answers the inquiries and provides information by answering questions and requests of the clients, suppliers, and management either in person, by email, or over the telephone;
- Prepare sales presentation per call/client including the sales support materials to be used.
- Sell pest-control services to home owners ,commercial accounts and industrial accounts.
- Sell to your own prospective list of clients in assigned territory; sell to prospects from account file, list of firms with possible need and from potential customers who have requested service;
- Initiate calls to potential customers to sell and explain products or services;
