Admin/Sales Assistant!
Follow company's policies, procedures, and management instructions
Handle general administrative tasks such as answering phones and responding to emails
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient daily operations
Manage office supplies inventory and place order as necessary
Safeguard the confidentiality and security of the files
Assist on the organization's events and programs
Provide administrative support to staff
Assist HR related tasks
. Assist with the sales process and serve as the frontline to the customers
Bachelor's Degree/College Graduate
Proficient in computer skills in MS Office particularly Excel
At least 1 year of working experience as an Admin/Sales Assistant
. With customer service experience
Can start ASAP
. Preferably living in Pasig
