Job Description:
- Assistance for the proper maintenance of supplies and vendor quality service
Create purchase orders for the acquisition of materials- Researches, interview and negotiates with suppliers to obtain prices and specifications
Provides routine administrative support. Receiving bids through the email. Enter and recording vendor submission
- Contacting vendors or using catalogs to conduct pricing comparisons for materials.
Maintain inspection records, photographs, and important documentation of procurement system
Qualifications:- College graduate of any course
With at least 6 months of work experience
- Computer Literate and with good communication skills
