This is a full-time on-site role for anAdmin Officer. The Admin Officer will be responsible for day to day Administrative tasks of the Office. (Freshers can also apply)
Core Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide Administrative Support to the Team Members
- Coordinate and manage meetings, appointments, and events for team members and clients
- Handle incoming calls, emails as necessary
- Maintain positive relationships with the clients
- Oversee office supplies and inventory as per required
- Assist in compilation of data for reports
- Assist senior team member with tracking expenses, and processing payments
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Education- Bachelors Level Complete
- Fluency in English Language
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
