Job Description- Verifying/Updating work orders, including customers personal information and payment details.
- Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
- Expediting orders through internal liaison/service technicians.
- Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
- Scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling customer appointments as required.
- Answering customers questions regarding pest control services and procedures.
- Confirming customers appointments.
- Answering customers email / SMS / social media / queries
- Courteously receiving incoming telephone calls and taking messages as needed.
- Assigning work orders to service technicians
- Organizing the schedules of service technicians
- Monitoring the attendance of service technicians
- Supporting the other department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
