Job Description

Job Description
  • Verifying/Updating work orders, including customers personal information and payment details.
  • Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
  • Expediting orders through internal liaison/service technicians.
  • Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
  • Scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling customer appointments as required.
  • Answering customers questions regarding pest control services and procedures.
  • Confirming customers appointments.
  • Answering customers email / SMS / social media / queries
  • Courteously receiving incoming telephone calls and taking messages as needed.
  • Assigning work orders to service technicians
  • Organizing the schedules of service technicians
  • Monitoring the attendance of service technicians
  • Supporting the other department with other administrative tasks, if requested.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php16,
  • 00 per month
