Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dialysis center, ensuring efficient, effective, and high-quality patient care. This role involves managing staff, coordinating administrative and clinical functions, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Develop and implement clinic policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance efficiency and patient care.
Develop and manage the clinic's budget, monitoring expenses and revenues to ensure financial health.
- Oversee billing and coding processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with insurance requirements.
Implement cost-control measures and identify opportunities for financial improvement.
- Patient Care and Satisfaction:
Ensure high-quality patient care by monitoring clinical operations and patient outcomes.- Address patient complaints and concerns promptly, implementing solutions to improve patient satisfaction.
Monitor and enhance patient experience through feedback and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and other regulations.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure clinic operations comply with healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and accreditation standards.
- Develop and implement quality assurance programs to monitor and improve clinical performance.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.- Stay updated on changes in healthcare laws and regulations, implementing necessary adjustments.
- Strategic Planning and Development:
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve clinic goals and objectives.- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of clinic services.
Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term strategies and initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends and innovations, incorporating best practices into clinic operations.
- With Business Administration Degree or any related course
- With at least 1 year of experience in a healthcare facility.
- Knowledge of facility operations, regulations, and industry trends.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with staff, clients, and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
