Job Description

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dialysis center, ensuring efficient, effective, and high-quality patient care. This role involves managing staff, coordinating administrative and clinical functions, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Develop and implement clinic policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance efficiency and patient care.
  • Financial Management:
Develop and manage the clinic's budget, monitoring expenses and revenues to ensure financial health.
  • Oversee billing and coding processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with insurance requirements.
Implement cost-control measures and identify opportunities for financial improvement.
  • Patient Care and Satisfaction:
Ensure high-quality patient care by monitoring clinical operations and patient outcomes.
  • Address patient complaints and concerns promptly, implementing solutions to improve patient satisfaction.
Monitor and enhance patient experience through feedback and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and other regulations.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure clinic operations comply with healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and accreditation standards.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance programs to monitor and improve clinical performance.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Stay updated on changes in healthcare laws and regulations, implementing necessary adjustments.
  • Strategic Planning and Development:
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve clinic goals and objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of clinic services.
Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term strategies and initiatives.
  • Monitor industry trends and innovations, incorporating best practices into clinic operations.
  • Job Qualifications:*

  • With Business Administration Degree or any related course

  • With at least 1 year of experience in a healthcare facility.

  • Knowledge of facility operations, regulations, and industry trends.

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a team.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with staff, clients, and stakeholders.

  • Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

    10 Willingness to adapt and learn new skills and technologies as required.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
