Graduate of any 4 year course
- At least 2 years relevant experience in handling administrative tasks
With good communication skills- Amenability to work from Monday to Saturday
Willing to work onsite at South Caloocan City
- Can start as soon as possible
- What are the duties and responsibilities
Provides and oversees provision of staff to the office to include handling walk-up and phone interactions
- Maintain, analyzing and responding to incoming correspondence, handling day to day problems and situations
Provide assistance in the understanding and interpretation of policies and procedures as appropriate and ensures that office operations are in compliance with standards- Giving support and assistance to the head department in problem solving, project planning and management, development and execution of stated goals and objective
Responsible for Monitoring, recording and maintaining company assets.
