Job Description

Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in office management systems and procedures.
With good customer service skills & must be detail-oriented
  • Able to do multitask efficiently
Must be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry is an advantage.
Able to work at Davao Office and can start ASAP

Building and Facilities Management
  • Supplies Management
Vehicle and Fleet Management
  • Travel Logistics
Permits Processing
  • Data Management
Records & Confidentiality
  • Administrative Support
Other tasks that may be assigned by the superior and/or top management from time to time.
