Job Description

  • Manage office space and clients
Manage schedules for executive principals
  • Execute coordinations timely and accurately
Oversee assistant's work
  • Execute accounting, government compliances and administrative tasks for the company
  • Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Administration, Management or equivalent
  • Preferably 3-5 years of professional experience in Bookkeeping and Office Administrative Support
Can work independently and with low supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Good communication skills, keen to details, and is comfortable with technology.
  • Able to effectively multitask and has excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Comfortable with routinely shifting demands
  • Data entry experience
Working knowledge of general office equipment
  • Willing to work on-site in Makati City

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: From Php18,
  • 00 per month
