Responsibilities:- Act as the primary contact point for employees, providing administrative support.
Manage office requirements and ensure smooth operations of daily office activities.- Coordinate janitorial, security, and building facilities management.
Oversee 5S activities, staff house requirements, and building coordination (e.g., pest control, drills, meetings).
- Perform driving duties as needed, with responsibility for maintaining vehicle and ensuring safe transport.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative support or office management.
Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).- Knowledgeable in janitorial and security operations.
Experience in coordinating building facilities and managing staff house requirements.
- Familiarity with 5S activities and building maintenance processes.
Possess a valid Professional Driver's License with clean driving record.- Ability to drive a 4-wheel vehicle safely and responsibly.
