AdminWe need company administrators who can ensure the smooth, day-to-day running of our organization. You will be responsible for the fulfillment of clerical, purchasing, and accounting projects and tasks for Ng Khai Development Corporation.

Head of Admin- Duties and Responsibilities
Record all incoming and outgoing documents
- Maintain records and files of all office documents both hard and electronic copies
Review the completeness and accuracy of supporting documents (i.e., administrative, human resources-related, and finance-related documents)- Handle procurement-related tasks, check the completeness and accuracy of supporting documents (e.g., purchase requests, abstract of canvass, etc.), prepare annual procurement plans, and expedite other related plans and reports
Manage the transactions for Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables
- Coordinate with the counterparts of concerned clients relative to tasks assigned by managers
Perform skilled and responsible administrative and clerical work- Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the manager
College graduate in Business Management or Accountancy- Past experience in administrative functions is preferred
Excellent analytical skills with an incredible attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Experience and proficiency in computerized accounting systems is preferred
