Managing overall administrative activities for the office.- Plan, coordinate and manage all administrative procedures and systems
Ensuring that all administrative activities adhere to the company policies and guidelines
- Maintains working relationships and communicates with all departments.
Overseeing staff performance and developing ways to maximize productivity- Receive and interact with incoming visitors
Resolves visitor problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously.
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
Manage inventory of office supplies and organize purchasing of new material- Manage inventory of office supplies and organize purchasing of new material
Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g electricians)
- Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Experience in a related field, such as management or financial reporting, preferred.
Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
Strong leadership skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Good time management and organizational skills
- Willing to be assigned in Malate, Manila City
