Requirements:- Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
At least 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position- At least 5 years as Admin Supervisor or Admin Manager
Excellent in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Manages the administrative tasks to support the efficiency of the operations and facilitates the smooth running of the office
- Purchases materials, tools and supplies by obtaining requirements from the operations; responsible for negotiating the price, quality and delivery
Ensures that the facilities are equipped with the supplies and services needed; maintains good condition of the offices and arrange for any repairs and damage, if necessary- Executes plans, policies and program in relation to property and equipment, supplies, housekeeping, office and ground maintenance, vehicle and safety
Records the office expenditures and works within the given budget; submits information for budget preparation, scheduling expenditures, monitoring costs, analyzing variances; develops budget recommendations for operating expenditures
- Closely monitors supplies of stationery and equipment; coordinates with the HSE for necessary repairs of tools, equipment, vehicles, etc.
Maintains records, prepare reports and composes correspondence to third party partners, if deem necessary- Oversees the work of HSE Supervisor and Admin Assistants; evaluates and verifies employee performance through review of completed work assignments
Assists with reviewing lease contracts of the offices, tracks the rent increases, and the go to person for any administrative support in tenant relations
