Job Description

Duties and Responsibility

Summarizes and submits all Government requirements on time.

Process all documents of Orion Wire and Cable and other sister/subsidiary companies pertaining to business permits and all Brgy. Clearance, Business Clearance etc.

Facilitate payments for company payables.

Provide clerical support to other staff and departments.

Create and maintain filing systems

Prepare documents, reports, and presentations

Develop and maintain office procedures and policies

Respond to inquiries and requests for information

Monitor, coordinate, and communicate the strategic objectives of the business to other related department.

Work, Collaborate and communicate successfully with other staff members to develop a greater understanding of the business and any issues that arise

Collect, analyze, and utilize data and feedback of the related department to identify opportunities to improve the relationship between the business and the other entity

Compile reports about particular incidents, events, or updates about an important issue for the business

The liaison officer is someone who liaise two different organizations or agencies to accomplish common things

The liaison officer oversees communications, and coordinate efforts between these different entities as well as the general public.

Office staff on the other hand is the one responsible for all of the technical papers needed by the company he or she is working in order to surpass the deadlines needed by the agency.

The office staff is also responsible on the reports needed by the company president.

Do errand works and perform other duties as may assign by the immediate supervisor.

Job Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, or a related field.

Proven experience in a liaison or related role, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.

Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.

Preferably w/ Acctg. or Administrative experience in processing of permits and other Government related documents.

At least have 1-2 yrs. experience in administrative task or accounting related is advantage.

Can do multitask.

Able to handle operation of an office or branch.
