Inventory Clerk / Admin Job Description- Active participation in office management, including handling general clerical tasks.
2. Performs physical count of inventory, reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports, records purchases, and maintains the database.
- Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; tracks orders and investigates problems.
- Prepares and processes borrowing and returning products/items as required to follow established procedures.
- Maintain the cleanliness of all studio and storage area. Make sure that products are kept in a safe area.
- Conducts and prepares weekly and monthly inventory reports of products/items.
- Close coordination with operations and production team regarding item purchases and seller's sample products.
- Receives, unpacks delivers products/items and arrange products as necessary; labels shelves.
- Assist operations/office for canvassing product/items for the accounts/office needed.
- Monitoring of studio equipment that is being used during live stream.
- Monitoring the products/items inventory per studio and per account.
- Assist in any HR-Admin concern and related issues.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
