• Job Responsibilities:

Implement and coordinate administrative processes and procedures to support the efficiency of the department

• Perform general clerical duties but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing

Perform other tasks that may assigned from time to time.

• Requirements:

Currently enrolled with Internship Endorsement from the school

• Preferred Courses: Psychology, Hospitality Management, Office Administration, Business Management, and other related courses

Can complete 6 - 8 hours per day, minimum of 200 hours within 2-3 months

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
