In charge of the reception area: answering of phone calls, assisting clients and/ or guests
Assists recruitment activities; source applicants, contact qualified applicants for screening, initial interview and administer tests.
Assist Executive Office in administrative tasks with direct instructions from Senior Management.
Assist in updating and filling of 201 Folders per department
Assist in updating and monitoring of Master List per month.
Assist in ensuring memorandums are properly routed with strict accuracy and confidentiality in the absence of the HR and Admin Supervisor.
Assist in Timekeeping and monitoring of Leave Credits.
Assist in checking daily attendance of all employees.
Assists in answering inquiries from the staff on HR related issues respectively whenever possible.
Assists in handling company events and activities.
Assist in coordinating company's building management issues and maintenance services
Assist in Business Permit Renewal and preparation of Government Contributions
Scanning, Organizing and filling of Administrative and Government Documents
Monitoring the cleanliness of office premises & office supplies
Assist in timely renewal of company vehicles village stickers, LTO Registration, Insurance, and Preventive Maintenance Schedule (PMS).
Handles the company's building management issues and maintenance services.
Must be a graduate of BS/AB Psychology, Business Management, Computer Science or equivalent.
- At least 1 to 2 years work experience in related field
Good verbal and written communication skill- Knowledgeable in MS Office (Word, Excel etc.)
Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
