Provide administrative support to senior management and other staff members.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Handle incoming correspondence and prioritize tasks accordingly.
Manage budgetary resources for administrative functions.- Procure necessary supplies and equipment.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce expenses.
- Communication and Coordination:
Serve as a liaison between different departments and stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams.
Coordinate special projects and initiatives as needed.
