Job Description

Office Administration
  • Manage and organize office operations and procedures.
Ensure office supplies are stocked and reorder as necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and safe office environment, adhering to health and safety standards.

Record Keeping
  • Maintain and update company databases and records.
Ensure the confidentiality and security of data.
  • Organize and archive documents, both physical and electronic.

Communication
  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external communications.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and reports.

Support Services
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Manage calendars and coordinate activities for senior staff.

Financial Administration
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping and financial reporting.
Process invoices, track expenses, and manage petty cash.
  • Support budget preparation and monitoring.

Policy Implementation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Update and implement administrative policies and guidelines.
  • Conduct regular reviews to improve office efficiency.

Event Coordination
  • Organize company events, meetings, and training sessions.
Coordinate logistics, including venue, catering, and equipment.
  • Assist in the preparation of materials and presentations.


  • Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Detail-oriented and capable of handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18,
  • 00 - Php20,000.00 per month
